  • Regular registration July 1st and after, first attendee from the credit union
  • Additional Attendees from Same Credit Union, through June 30, 2020. Register under primary registration, ADD GUEST Button.
  • Additional Attendees from Same Credit Union, after June 30, 2020. Register under primary registration, ADD GUEST Button.
  • Register and pay before August 1, 2020. $100 of registration fee will be applied to 2020 membership dues.
  • Additional Representative from a sponsor group
  • Complementary Representative included in Sponsorship

Please join us at the Healthcare Credit Union Association's annual education and networking conference in beautiful La Jolla, CA. Come prepared to interact with your credit union peers in a comfortable, interactive environment. You know how we all love to share!

As always, the HCUA Annual Meeting will be held during the conference.  

Please contact benita@hcua.org if you have any questions the links cannot answer for you. Please pay special attention to the registration deadlines because space is limited this year and we don't want you to miss out.

When registering additional attendees from your credit union, please register yourself first and then you will find an option to add additional guests. This registration allows your additional credit union staff and board members to attend all sessions and meals.

DETAILED REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Click on “Register”
  2. Confirm your email address is correct
  3. Click “Next”
  4. Select “HCUA Member Early Bird Attendee” for $749
  5. Click “Next”
  6. Enter your registration info
  7. If applicable, add guests who want Breakfast and Reception ONLY here as well.
  8. If you want to add another credit union attendee (appears as guest) at the discount pricing of $649, click “ADD GUEST”
  9. Enter additional guest registration information for the first credit union guest
  10. Click “Done”
  11. If adding more guests click “Add Guest” and continue the same process. If done adding guests, click “Next”
  12. This will bring you to the review and confirm page. If you want to pay with a debit or credit card select “Pay Online” and if you want to mail a check you can click on “Invoice Me”
